Purchasing Clerk (1)
This Purchasing Clerk will type purchase orders and send them to vendors as needed. Will assist in following up with purchase orders and confirmations. Manage the formal return parts procedure and handle/track returning parts making sure all paper work is followed through. Assist with invoices and matching/issues with Accounting.
- Customer Service experience preferred (internal and external customers)
- Entry level purchasing skills: experience in purchasing of components required
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel and Power Point
