Essential Equipment for Essential Operations

As we face unprecedented circumstances across the globe, we are proud to support essential businesses and operations with our equipment. We’ve designed this page to direct you to resources for your company or municipality that may provide some guidance on equipment capabilities and functions.

Hygiene and sanitation are basics of why our equipment exists. We have always been focused on providing you and your teams with the machines to keep your cities and communities clean and flowing. Now is no different!

RECONSIDER YOUR EQUIPMENT’S CAPABILITIES

Traditional uses of our equipment include sewer and storm drain cleaning, debris and blockage removal, and hydro-excavation. However, these units are equipped with just the right components to sanitize and disinfect communal and public areas quickly and efficiently.

Covid Combination Truck

Combo Machines

Our combination machines utilize high pressure water to break up debris in pipelines and storm drains. In addition, these units can remove and store debris – solid and liquid – in its debris tank for proper removal and disposal.

Apply disinfectant solution to the water supply in order to clean surfaces such as park benches, handrails, shopping carts and other commonly touched areas.

Jetter Machines

Jetters are simple units that utilize high pressure water for cleaning and debris flushing.

The same concept can be applied to clean communal areas. Just apply a disinfectant solution either into the water capacity or on the areas being cleaned first and then spray down.

As Simple as Washing Your Hands – How to Use Your Unit for Surface Cleaning

Outfitting your unit to take on new responsibilities of cleaning and disinfecting communal areas is simple. We have outlined several of these options below.

  • Utilize a separate applicator system to cover the area with disinfectant. Use the low-pressure handgun and fresh water capacity on your unit to spray off and leave to dry.
  • The anti-viral agent isopropyl alcohol can be added directly to the unit’s water capacity or through a soap and chemical injector component allowing operators to use the low-pressure handgun to spray and wash all-in-one from the unit. Please keep in mind that you will need to flush your water system after this technique.
  • Utilize a lance accessory that attaches to your low-pressure handgun. This accessory will store and spray the anti-viral solution and water without any direct contact to the water supply of the unit.

The following site lists disinfectants approved by the EPA to treat certain viruses. We recommend applying disinfectant solutions from a sprayer system that is separate from your unit and then washing down with your truck.
