Balar Equipment Corporation is a full service provider of street maintenance, water and sewer, and refuse equipment. We are located in north Phoenix just east of I -17 and just north of Peoria avenue. Our facilities include a complete five bay service department, 3000 sq. ft. parts warehouse, and office complex on two acres. Since 1985, Balar Equipment has provided the highest quality sales, service, and training to the municipal and contractor markets.

Situated on 17 acres, it boasts a 160,000 square-foot, newly expanded facility where we manufacture over 30,000 unique parts that we use on our machines.
