Texan Waste Equipment Inc. dba Heil of Texas was founded in 2001 by Larry C. Davis and Joe Chastang. Larry and Joe had 25 years experience, Larry in the Solid Waste business on the chassis side and Joe on the chassis side. By combining their knowledge and experience they opened Texan Waste Equipment Inc. dba Heil of Texas in May of 2001. They hired a solid waste professional team that could offer the customer superior service and solutions for their solid waste needs.
