A keen awareness of how the final product is expected to perform in the field is essential.

The Painter/ Prepper will produce a quality product while achieving production goals. Ensures all parts and surfaces are prepped and painted. Sands parts and surfaces for paint application. Selects paint according to Company requirements, sprays surfaces with primer, paint and/or finish coatings. Preps body work and touch ups and lays out graphics and designs on painted surfaces. Trains others as needed.

Welder Fitter

The Welder/Fitter will produce quality weldments in a timely manner within set parameters and tolerances at our Green Cove Springs production location. Lay out, fit, and fabricate metal components to assemble structural forms and parts using knowledge of welding techniques and engineering requirements. Interprets blueprints and drawings to produce specific weldments. Fit and weld parts to blueprints to form desired weldments. Trains others as needed.

Technical Service Representative

The Technical Service Representative will interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner while receiving and discharging trucks to and from the Service Center.  The role will operate all makes and models of Vac•Con trucks to diagnose and repair deficiencies and will accurately prepare both written and electronic documentation pertaining to customer satisfaction. Implement and manage “change management” processes. Plan, lead and support as appropriate Design for Manufacturing and Assembly projects toward the goal of manufacturing excellence. Support NPD projects in all phases. Lead multiple projects, communicate requirements and results to Leadership. Support existing manufacturing processes through continues improvement activities using lean manufacturing principles.
